Method
How the agents work
A fleet, not a blunt crawl — each provider gets an agent tuned to how their schedules are published.
Dedicated per provider
Every training company gets its own agent logic — reading that site’s pages, tables, calendars, or APIs. Identified openly as WorkshopGridBot. No stealth, no impersonation — we respect robots.txt and rate limits.
We don’t sell courses
WorkshopGrid is a comparison service only. When you find a batch you like, you book directly on the provider’s official site at their listed price.
Fresh data, daily
High-volume providers are refreshed twice daily; others on a rolling schedule. Stale past-dated batches are deactivated automatically.
Data sources
Schedule and pricing data comes directly from licensed training provider websites — fetched by our AI agents, not from third-party marketplaces or resellers.
Scrum Alliance is used only as a vendor directory to discover licensed training companies and course taxonomy. We do not copy schedules from the Scrum Alliance course search.

CSM®, CSPO®, and other certification names are trademarks of their respective owners, including Scrum Alliance®. WorkshopGrid is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a training provider for any certification body.
